How the listing and account process works?
To start, choose the option that fits your goal. You can submit one property listing for 30 days, create a Basic agency account, or apply for an Advanced agency account with more profile features.
After choosing your option, fill out the form with the correct details. For property listings, please add clear property information, accurate pricing, location details, contact information, and photos. For agency accounts, please provide real company details, contact information, service areas, and any extra information required for your selected plan.
Our team reviews the submitted details before publishing or opening access. This helps us keep Go Condo Atlas clean, useful, and safer for visitors. It also reduces fake listings, unclear profiles, incorrect contact details, and accounts created for the wrong purpose.
Once your form is reviewed, our team will send the payment details or payment slip. After payment is completed and confirmed, your listing or agency account will be activated.
